Titanium heat exchangers are critically important in the chemical industry. Their primary function is to transfer heat from hot fluids to cold fluids, serving as essential heat exchange equipment. Key application areas include:

1. Chlor-Alkali Sector

Titanium was adopted early in the chemical industry, with the chlor-alkali sector being a major user. For example, in chlorine gas, hydroxides, pesticides, and bleaching powder production, titanium equipment and pipelines account for approximately one-quarter of total material mass.

5. Fine Chemicals

Epoxy propane (PO) production involves highly corrosive raw materials like liquid chlorine and propylene. Under these conditions, materials such as carbon steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, and stainless steel fail to resist corrosion, while titanium demonstrates superior performance.
